Stationary gas analyzers PEM-4MS, etc.
The stationary multicomponent gas analyzer TEM-4MS measures the volume fraction of O2, CO, NO, NO2, SO2, and there are also two temperature measuring channels (flue gases and air).
Additionally, the PEM-4MS calculates CO2, NOX, excess air, and efficiency losses with flue gases.
When measuring gases, the signal from the sensor is adjusted to take into account data from other sensors, thereby reducing the negative effect of cross-sensitivity and increasing measurement accuracy.;
The sensors are protected from poisoning (rapid resource depletion due to too high concentrations of the measured gases) during off-duty operation of fuel-burning plants.
Scope of application:
- to save burnt fuel by regulating the fuel/air ratio by residual oxygen (O2) in boilers, furnaces, gas turbines and other fuel-fired power plants;
- for environmental control of pollutants in industrial emissions from existing technological installations.
